This cat has vertical body markings. Ocelots and Serval cats have horizontal body markings. Ocelots also have two-color spots. Tail is wrong length for Serval.



There are folks who have hybrids of such, with house cats, that may be legal to keep. (Much like wolves)


Edit: another option would be a hybrid Savanna cat.



But without more pics, this could be just a house cat due to available lighting during the pic.
