Well it took five months since folks accepted my offer But I finally closed today on my property out in Flatonia. I cannot wait for the adventure to begin, but I can wait on the first payment to the bank! I’m sure I’m going to ask all sorts of dumb ranching questions so y’all be gentle with me!
