My thoughts when it started , after five weeks of phone records and his text and emails, I hope they lower his pay grade
deserves a beat down
He never did get my original key back when I asked for it.

The local GM/Chevrolet service departments have gotten really bad. I haven’t tried Gunn but that may be next. Hopefully if your truck isn’t fixed if this has spurred a quicker response..

I am wondering if this dealership is going under, because they had
Liked 4 new vehicles on the lot and the place was a ghost town ,
Maybe COVID-19 and Txdot closing down the road to the dealership is last nail in a mismanaged place, the dodge dealership next door seems normal
