    On android. Technically challenged here.

Since you're on an Android phone (google powered) I would suggest trying Google Meet. This is a link to it on the Play Store https://play.google.com/store/apps/d....apps.meetings

Another option is Whatsapp, its pretty easy to use this is a link to it on the Play Store https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...d=com.whatsapp

Also in case it is not clear, the person you're calling would also need the app you're using to receive the call. A lot of carriers also have video calling built in if you are calling someone on the same carrier and your phone supports it but the two apps I suggested would pretty much work on any Android phone with video calling capability.

        Zoom

I've used this twice this week for Dr. appointments on my android phone and laptop.

I've also set it up so I can talk to my 92 year old Mom everyday.

        It's free and easy.

Download Zoom apps, plugins, and add-ons for mobile devices, desktop, web browsers, and operating systems. Available for Mac, PC, Android, Chrome, and Firefox.

I’m using this starting tmrw and will be setting up future calls this way. I did a trial run today and it was super simple.

Thanks for the info. After putting in a memory care home last week, it looks like it could be weeks to months before we can go in and see her. Thinking about getting her a Grandpad. That means I have to learn how to video call on my end.
