Always keep a beer in the truck so you can walk back to get it, drink a beer, then go look!

I never lost one by giving them an extra hour but I have lost a couple that showed great early blood so I pushed it too soon.

What happened to your other fletching? Get the deer cast app and upgrade to watch DeerCast track has some good advice and different shot placement and angles.

Yes we found blood all the way to a neighbor's fence then the buck looks like it took a left down the fence line it's very high tight 5 strand. Couldn't find any blood where he crossed or if he crossed

You should have blood at the place he crossed the fence if he crossed. Hopefully he didn’t cross it because he wasn’t in good enough shape to jump it . If that’s the case he should be down some where close by definitely check any water that’s close by . Good luck on finding him in the morning.

Yes that's exactly what I'm hoping going to scan the area at first light hopefully I will save clark and his pup the drive and find him first. Next big step talk with the neighbor and get permission
