One of the guys on the lease I am on in Terrell County killed one 3-4 years ago. I always carry my sidearm loaded with .357 HP anytime I venture out.

Now you need a pic of a black bear! They got them running around down there too! Several counties and ranch/livestock coops are hiring their own trappers to help with lion problems out that way.
