That is a pretty neat photo. How long do you generally hold them before getting a good enough price to export?

It’s hard to say up to a year or more.

I had no idea that people still did this. That is awesome! If you don’t mind answering, if prices were good, how much would that lot bring? That is just too cool.

That's a ton of work. I have a coyote pelt I need to sew up right now. 2 holes the size of a baseball. One the size of a football. I'm not looking forward to it. I've gotten to used to freezing stuff whole.lol

Great photo and congrats on the catch. We sent 52 Bobcats to Canada once. Insured them for $5000. They went thru 3 sales one season and we got over $10,000 for 40 of them. They sent the other 12 back to us and we sold them locally to a fur buyer. We made great money but we just did not have time to do this for all of our furs. They sold for as much as $425 and as low as $40.

That's pretty crazy. What all is everything, and how doss it work when you sell them. Is it a per fur thing or I would guess different by which ones and the quality or something. The ones above you in the center look cool...bobcat or something?
