Looks like they/someone is just switching it up and doing it with Netflix now. Some minor grammar errors but ALWAYS check the email address when you see these things because that is typically the main giveaway.

I never respond to emails that ask for information or updates. I login my account my normal way and if I have a message there then I respond. Had one yesterday even the email address looked like it was from Chase. Logged into my account and nothing requesting what the email was after.
