    Chickened out in legs and did a push day

      I missed yesterday cuz I had to take my beagle to the specialty vet in Round Rock. I made it this morning though. I'm glad I did.

      Chest and tricep supersets with rep ranges of 16/14/12/10 on chest and 4X10 on triceps.

      Bench press/weighted dip/incline situp
      Incline bench press on smith/overhead rope extension/seated crunch
      Pec deck fly/cable pushdown
      Push ups/cable kickbacks

      I need to kill something. Have a great weekend!

              Step daughter's reveal was yesterday at the house and I bet we had 30 people there. I was exhausted from throwing a big arse party. I little Crown Royal after it was over helped knock me out for the night.

                  Got 'er done this morning. Finally. Seems like forever since I've been at the gym even though I only missed yesterday.

                  Chest and bicep supersets. 5X5 on chest and 5X8-10 on biceps when I was feeling froggy. Abs thrown in as well.

                  Incline bench press/preacher curl/incline situp
                  Bench press/BB curl/weighted crunch
                  Inverse grip bench press/hammer curl bar/hanging leg raise
                  Incline DB fly/overhead cable curl

                  Back and legs tomorrow.

                      Back and legs today. Got there late so I upped the weight pretty good and did 4X5 rather than 5X5. I'm pretty sure I could have gone with the heavier weight and done 5X5, but I'll start with that on Friday. Got all 4 movements in for each body part though and some ab work.

                      T-bar row/back squat/incline sit up
                      BB row inverse grip/Front squat/weighted crunch
                      Low row/sled leg press/hanging leg raise
                      Lat pull down neutral grip/leg extension/ab roller

                      I'm going to stuff myself tomorrow and hit the gym on Friday.

                          I didn't make it last Friday and didn't make it today. I got a text at 0335 this morning that the gym had a hot water line burst so there was only cold water. Ain't no way in heck I'm taking a cold shower. Maybe tomorrow it will have been repaired!

                            i have been on the low end of "steady" i would say so far this year, working out at least 3-4 times a week, but its in my garage my strength and the intensity isnt where i want it be. trying to get it going again starting today with a cleaned up diet and more focus in the gym.

                            congrats to all you guys plowing ahead, it doesnt get easier but gotta keep going.

                                Back and legs today. 5X5 supersets, but got behind and had to switch it up to 3X8 for the last round movement.

                                T-bar row/super squat/ab roller
                                Bent over BB row/sled leg press/incline situp
                                Low row/back squat
                                Lat pull down neutral grip/leg extension/hanging leg raise

                                Chest and triceps are on the menu for tomorrow.
