Flemings by far - Fajitas and polish sausage are amazing. We have used them for 5 or 6 years now.

Ainsworth off 2978 has new owners (friend of ours) and they are going to start taking wild game again. I plan on giving them a shot this year as well.

Ive used Texan Taxidermy and he is good, but I have also used Rosehill Processing in Tomball and he was very good also.
