I’m gonna guess he’s 4.5. He has a thick body and chest but seemingly tiny legs and younger face. I’d let him get to 6 just to see what he does, but I love wild looking cull bucks. If you’re on a place less than 7-800 acres I’d shoot him before he moves elsewhere.

I have 10 acres behind my house. It is a 2600 acre subdivision with most of it woods/oaks. Not like subdivision deer that hang out while you garden type of situation. Plenty of them get hunted here. The big guys follow the creek to the back. I have 2 treestands and 2 feeders for archery only, close longbow shots.

If you give him just one more year!!! he might grow a drop
I let me daughter chase a Big 6 pt all last year. That was going to be her first buck. She got one shot at him and missed. He was 5.5 last year. I'm curious to see how he turns out this year. I'm hoping he is still a 6 pt because I promised her that she can shoot it. I'm headed down this weekend to put out cameras.
