                          These are meat candy in its purest form. Be careful though, they are very very rich & can you make yourself sick on them by gorging too many in one sitting; this fat boy has done it, and so has one of my buddies

                            If you are near Katy Brett's BBQ Shop does these on the weekend and sometimes has a regular and some kind of pepper/berry glaze and they are AMAZING. His brisket is championship caliber as well.
