    Sweet pickled radishes

I pulled some radishes from the garden this weekend and pickled them. These will be used on crispy fish tacos later on this week.

    Pickle recipe:
    1/2cup white vinegar
    1/2cup white sugar
    1/4cup water
    -whole black peppercorns
    -fennel seed
    -bay leaf
    -whole garlic

Bring sugar, vinegar, water and spices to a boil until the sugar has dissolved. Pour into hot jar and seal. The pickles are ready in 24hrs.

      Man, I like your style!

Did a "quick pickle" of some red onions for the first time recently to go along with pulled pork. Came out great! Not a radish fan but I'd give this a try. Love me some fish tacos!

I don't really like them fresh but pickling them takes it to whole new level! First thing i thought went I tried them was "this would be good on fish tacos" so i'm making fish tacos this week.
