            3.25% and no points? Wow, that is an excellent deal! I would not loan ANYBODY and tie up my money for 30 years at 3.25%

              You may already know this, but for ones who don’t, mortgage rates change as often as stock and bond prices. The only rate you’re promised is the one you lock with your lender (assuming, of course, that the statements and representations to your loan officer and in your application pre-lock match what’s in the documentation needed for your loan).
