I’ve seen some of those videos - as a scavenger myself it looks like fun. For those not familiar it involves tossing a strong magnet on a rope in public waters around boat ramps,docks etc and seeing what you can pull up

I just ordered a large magnet with the full intention of doing some magnet fishing after seeing a few of the videos on U tube.
Looks like fun and it's a darn cheap hobby.

I saw a guy 15yrs ago with one. It was strong enough that he put it on his bumper and all he could do to pull it off.

Lmao. Working on boat docks a must have tool is a large magnet on a rope. Tools are an investment in your business and none of them float.
