Dr just started me on "Grasstek" sublingual tablets this past week. Shots wouldn't work with my schedule and they now have tablet that works like shots. Taking 1 Claritin in a.m. and Grasstek in a.m. and noticing difference already. Also using flonase....

Might be worth asking your MD about Grasstek?

2 squirts of flonase every day starting around Thanksgiving. No issues at all for the last 5 years. I use it every day whether i have any symptoms or not.

i can buy it in a 6 pack for $30 at Sams. Its been a lifesaver for me.

Zyrtec daily, Flonase if I need it, and netipot! I've had 2 rounds of shots in my life. They do help, but I still have problems now and then. Mesquite seems to be one of the worst things for me.
