Tried one deep fried a few weeks ago.
Plugged it with a half dozen cloves of garlic and did a basic black pepper/salt rub.
Fried the ribs seperatly

It was frigging awesome.
Took it out a little late so not as rare as I normally like it.

Will fry one again.

That looks awesome. I've been wanting to try one in my air fryer, maybe I'll do the next one that way.

It's that time of year again....just pulled one out of the oven but I'm over my photo limit with photobucket.

Hell, Dale. A good veterinarian would have that sucker back on it's feet with some salve.



I like Med Rare, but I'd have to cook that for another few.
