He's too young, he needs about 32 days and then take him out. I think he's at least 5 and probably older.

If he is old enough kill him, if you would like to see what he does in a few years wait. He will not negatively effect your deer herd.

Would consider him a cull. A cool looking cull, but a cull none the less. Would be cool to let a youngin shoot him as a first buck or first archery buck!
