    Trump Signs Animal Cruelty Law

I think that this is something that all of us should be concerned as I am concerned how far the liberals might want to take this. The Preventing Cruelty and Torture Act (PACT) is a bipartisan initiative that bans the intentional crushing, burning, drowning, suffocating, impalement of other serious harm to "living non-human mammals, birds, reptiles or amphibians.
The law also bans "animal crush videos" meaning any photograph, motion picture film, video or digital recording or electronic image that depicts animal cruelty.
Hmmmmm…..what do you think???? Can impalement mean an arrow????
    Adios,
    Gary

No. If they sell a license for it it won’t be against the law.[emoji849]

Either way it ****** me of. In Oklahoma meth is a misdemeanor. Fighting chickens is a felony. Government needs to mind their business.

Yup. Impalement can be meant as an arrow pass through.

Will it be enforced is another matter .

My concern is why the feds need to get involved with this crime. Every state makes animal cruelty a crime so why did this need to be elevated to a federal level?

And, did they clearly limit what the term animal cruelty means or is that an ambiguous term that can change with the times?

I am glad the Federal government has solved all other problems, and now they are finally getting to solving animal cruelty.

The whole bill is a joke.

As a sportsman, and animal lover i am totally ok with this law. But it has always been a moral law for me. It is sad the gov needs to say it.
