Fits well! Much smaller than I thought it would be but so far covers the parts it's supposed to. Have to adjust a little but the shots come off clean. Will spend some time with it this weekend and see how it does.

So far so good.

Once you get used to it, you won't have to think about it at all.
You'll just hook the string the same way every time.

The right size tab for you is really a lot smaller than you would think. Just enough coverage is all you need. I think Rick wrote some thing about it a few years ago on all the reasons but I couldn't find it.

One reason that I can see for a smaller tab is allowing your finger to anchor at the corner of the mouth. I tried mine and I was satisfied that I didn't have to do any trimming.

Yes the finger touching my anchor creates a slighty different impact point than the glove tip.

I'd build you a string or two, but they would be illegal for you to use.

Don't they only allow cat gut bow strings?

Hey Rick, I want to order one but having a hard time deciding which one. A 3 under tab or the 3 under bird finger? I started string walking so I want that option and I currently shoot a black widow tab which is similar to the bird finger in that it is cut for 3 fingers. I've never shot a tab that is not precut for each finger so I am nervous about getting one that isn't. what do you say?
