Swap the zip ties out with bailing wire, zip ties will dry rot and break quickly. Good idea

We were just looking at our feeders like this to figure out why so much corn winds up directly under the feeder. What we saw was that while some hit the cage, we thought that most that wound up under the feeder was hitting the corner angle iron and reinforcing that squares off the "cage". We weren't quite sure how to best alleviate the problem but this is def an idea.

          Still working great.
I went and did some feeding this morning.
So far my “corn shield” is doing the trick.
