As othere have stated, the grasslands requires no APH permit. Haven't been there in several years due to how crowded it can get, but I used to do pretty well with duck out there. Good luck if if you make it out there this year.

No. It's not required when hunting turkeys or migratory birds.

No public land license is needed just regular hunting license. But you can not hunt on unit where black creek is. Also during general season its bucks only with 13 in spread
