Also, a big shout out to your wife and restaurant family for helping shoulder your load to allow you to accomplish it in such a short time. When I first joined TBH after reading the forum for a year or so, I commented on a thread and it wasn't taken the way I intended it. It was quickly cleared up in a PM with the gentleman, but I decided to make sure that I was clear about what I was saying/how I said it. And that sometimes I probably need to just hit the back button and avoid certain topics I haven't mastered it to say the least, but I have tried that is about all I can do.

That being said...it is certainly interesting at times when someone else goes off on a tangent
