Back on..been having trouble with upgrading plans with credit card? I maxed out limit of pictures and now it wont let me upgrade higher plan? I will say this don't waste your time calling customer service. Sat on hold for an hour with zero results.

yep i gave up after about 30 minutes on the phone waiting but i just logged in again but not getting pics on 2 micro link cameras not sure whats up

They say the are switching over modems/servers over the next few weeks. Sux b/c this was a very important week to receive pics...

I have two spypoint cameras....I have not yet had either produce a picture that could be viewed on my cell phone.

I am a professional AV technician, and I can't get it to work.

I spoke with their tech team, and received the same new...."Servers are migrating...blah,blah,blah."

ya mine wouldnt log on at first this morning but finally let me in
