    Bug ID?

These are stacked up on a mandevilla vine which is very close to my tomato plants.
    Can anyone ID these?

I just looked up different types of aphids and it appears these are oleander aphids.

Aphids. Look at them poopchute tail pipes sticking up out their rears.

Soapy dawn water. Several sprays over several days should kill them.

Or best route...take your fattest fingers and get to smooshin. Put something under the tendril because once the smooshin starts...the aphids will drop down and climb back up once youre gone. Anticipate their dropping...smooshem high...collect...and smooshem low.
