Most of yall complaining don't watch or like women's soccer but you spend hours bitching about it. Yall make the one crazy ***** relevant by giving her the stage instead of congratulating the majority of women who kicked ***. Good job! Your accomplishing exactly what she wants,.

If by relevant you mean, pointing out what an unamerican POS she is, then yeah.

It's basic economics...heard a blurb on the radio today that the Men's Goldcup game last Sunday played in Chicago with Mexico vs USA had more viewership in that one game than all of the women's world cup.
Well whoever said that on the radio is incorrect. Almost twice as many watched the women's final than the men's gold cup.

By giving her the attention she craves and lumping her in with the entire national team.

Womens soccer is growing in Texas and the United states. In the next few world cups Texas will probably have 4-7 women representing. Texas is dominating in the girls development academy and In the u16/17 age group both teams in the finals are from Texas. Most of this is because of Alex Morgan and the majority of girls on the women's national team.

The first link was for Univision and FS1 only. The second link was for all of US and streaming. Apples and oranges.

Because univision and FS1 held exclusive broadcasting rights to the Gold cup. Just like FS1 and Telemundo had exclusive broadcasting rights to the women's world cup final...

No lumping on my part. She stands alone as far as I'm concerned.

It's pathetic to say the least and did nothing to help improve the division in our country nor did it do anything to help promote the US women's team. In reality, it probably did the opposite.

IMO, injecting politics into sports will do nothing but ultimately cause ratings to decline. The average person watches sports for the entertainment aspect and to temporarily escape from reality of the daily grind (work, news, politics, whatever). Injecting politics only will drive these types of folks away.

I have no problem with athletes being involved with their communities and being politically active...just keep it off the field.

Peaceful protest is about as American as it gets ...

She has her beliefs - I have mine.

Happy that USA won the tournament. Great showing!
