Austin Stone Sealer Questions

I haven’t done a lot of research, but does anyone have experience with sealing Austin Stone on a Home exterior? What brand is best? So much of it in my area gets an algae or moss type stuff on it discoloring it. I was hoping to head it off on a new build before it takes over! Thanks for the help!

Seal it every couple years and in between spray it down with a mix of bleach and water and rise

Just spray it down with bleach water then pressure wash every couple of years
