Found GoPro, need info from license plate

We found a go pro a couple weeks ago on vacation, asked around and no one was missing one. found it while swimming deep and snokleling in Destin. I’ve loaded up the videos and can make out a license plate on one of the vehicles. Don’t know how to go about finding the owner from that. I’d need a number, or address. I know there are plenty of sites that claim to give you info, but I’m not gonna pay for it. I don’t think the owner of the GoPro is the same as the license I have, but they are hunting buddies. So if anybody has a idea, let me know..

When I did look at the video, the family’s last video was two weeks from when we where there, and about a mile down the beach. Never would of found just the GoPro, it was attached to a snorkel. My some found it, and turned it on and took a video of himself by accident, very surprised it spent two weeks in the surf and still waterpoof and charged. Gopros are tough.
