Finally got the NEW VXR 31.5 set-up and tuned!!!

I am very impressed with this bow!!! After finally getting everything set-up, I started tuning. After about 10 arrows, I had it shooting holes through paper and bareshaft at 20 yards was perfect. It is the easiest now I have tuned so far.

VXR 31.5 70/32 - grey riser, olive limbs.

Black Gold sight w/6” dove tail & custom pin configuration.

    Hamskea Hybrid rest

    Tight spot Verde 2.0 quiver

Bee Stinger 10” slide stabilizer in olive.

I haven’t put it through a chronic yet. Arrows are BE Carnivores that are built up to 575 grains.

For sure! I’m going to have to sneak away without Brooks; otherwise I will never get to shoot!

I’d guess 275ish on arrow speed. I’m shooting 270 with my vxr set at 72/29.5, with a 540grain arrow

That is what I’m expecting 270-275. Thank you for the input.

Don’t put it around any chronic. It will slow it down.

Ha, man, I bet I think I misspell more stuff with auto correct than I would without that crap!

Edit: It is supposed to be 70/31, not 70/32 also! That one was on me though, ha.

Makes me jealous. What is the slide stabilizer?

These bows tend to be a little top heavy to me, so this bar just balances it out easily.

Nice! The one bow that keeps making me think I might move on from the traverse one day...

If you get the Mathews quiver, you can invert it which puts most of the quiver weight on the bottom. I like the balance better that way, FWIW.
