This morning at 6:30 I pulled the trigger on my best buck ever. When he came through the fog that hadn’t lifted yet, I knew immediately that it was not my target buck even at over 100 yards. I’d never seen or had a picture of this one. As he turned I could tell he was mature and took a quartering towards me shot when he presented it. I’m shooting a suppressed .308 and heard him crash. After waiting 20 minutes that seemed like an eternity, I walked up on this nearly perfect symmetrical 8 point that had zero ground shrinkage. I didn’t know he was as good as he was. I was pumped to say the least!
