Help !! How to get an easement abandoned ?

I am needing to abandon an easement.
It was drawn in 30 years ago on a 500 acre subdivision and has never been used.
It is a dead end on my personal property but everyone in this original division has right to it, even though it doesn’t go anywhere.
It is actually the easement to get to my property but comes into my property across the front then dead ends.
There are 29 landowners here and I feel that getting notarized signatures will be next to impossible. Some landowners don’t live in Texas any longer.
I’m hoping someone on here has dealt with this problem and figured out a remedy for this matter.
Please help if you know anything about this problem.
Am trying to build a house and it is creating a lot of issues.
    Thanks in advance,
    Your Friend “D”

This and one that has dealt with easements before. I'd say it's going to be a tough battle to terminate that easement.

We did this with an alleyway in downtown Dallas. Lawyers, lawyers and more lawyers. It worked!

Fence it off and hope no one notices?

Zoning Consultants / Land Planners can handle this. We've used them for really messy things like this many times. Some times they're attorneys. Sometimes they are not.

We learned to call the city planning department and ask what firms they see come through often for this type of thing. They can't officially recommend, but will sometimes give you names.

                I understand it’s going to require a lawyer !
Hoping someone has a recommendation for a particular one.
Surely someone has done this exact thing in the past and has information that could help.
Thanks for all the reply’s so far. Keep them coming, someone will know the person and route to handle this matter.

Try emailing Tiffany Lashmet and asking her for a list of attorneys who specialize in easements, particularly in your area. Here email is on the https://agrilife.org/texasaglaw/home/

Talk to the city if it’s within an ETJ, they may require a replat if it was dedicated per plat.

My neighbors and I had one done. County commissioners office and some lawyers had to be involved. All adjacent property owners had to sign off on it. County commissioners was a big help.
