      Look up “spalling”. I believe it occurs when brick Dacia heats up and forces down. Corner is the weakest and shears off. You can fix it yourself with some quick Crete and fortifier added to it.

          Spalling occurs from moisture induced or chemical
          Reactions. Spalling is a small circular patterns.

            It’s all good. Very common. Seal it if you want or not. Most of the time it is only cosmetic.

              Caused by a lack of poly between the brick and foundation. Almost always on the corners, as the brick guys don't continue the poly to overlap on the corners, forcing the mortar and concrete to bind. Concrete and mortar expand at different rates due to heating and cooling, which is what causes these to happen. As stated above, cosmetic repair only.
