Looking for 1 Spot on Lease

I know I'm just like many others that are looking for a lease. I don't have a lot of money for a finders fee, but you would have my gratitude , and I know that is worth something. I'm looking for something within 5 hr of Houston area. I have an RV and any hunting equipment needed for a lease. I enjoy working a lease as much as I do hunting it. Please keep me in mind if you have anything that comes open or hear of anything.

A little about myself, I'm 54, I'm laid back, easy going, and follow all rules given. I might drink one beer every year or two
