Default Daughter set World Record!!!
My 21 year old daughter just broke the world record in her class at the US Nationals for powerlifting in Atlanta. 381lbs on her final squat! Her goal is the Olympics and she hopes to win her class today at Nationals. She's off to a great start. I wish I could figure out how to share the video. It seems to be too large. If your on the book of faces here ya go...

Yes she does. She went from being a track star in Junior High and High School, to figuring out she liked to lift weights in 10th grade and was hooked from there. She quit track after going to state and went all in with powerlifting. She's always been freakishly strong.

She is very dedicated and disciplined and has a strong will toward things she wants to accomplish. She gets up at 4am every single morning to work out before going to work at 7am.




And just for the record.... it's been so long since I lifted, I would need a hernia surgery, a change of underwear, and stock in Ibuprofen if I tried to squat 381lbs these days.

I was still lifting and staying in shape when she was a freshman in high school and she got an interest. She's ultra competitive and wanted to be the best at it. I've since eaten way too much whataburger and haven't been in the gym consistently in over 5 years.
