Not a warranty problem, but rubber armor is melting. They received my binoculars June 14 and received an email today that they were fixed and shipped back to me. Pretty good turn around.

I had a pair of 9x40s that the pin broke where they hinged in the middle and they sent me a brand new pair. Hard to beat that !

Stieners about 20 years ago that couldn't be focused.
I sent them back to Cabelas.
Steiner discontinued them.
