Primary Arms “this item is regulate”

While looking up magazines on Primary Arms site I noticed it says “this is a regulated item”. Has this always been there on their website? Is this normal? I looked at the same magazine to compare on a couple of other websites and didn’t see this comment on their websites or I missed. Feedback welcome.

I think they mean regulated under ITAR. Most all firearm related items are.
