Slice it half the long way. Hollow it out a little with a spoon. Fry up some venison-bacon burger with a sliced white onion and salt and pepper. Put the venison burger inside, top it with shredded cheddar cheese and then bake it or throw it on the smoker. YUM Works with bell peppers to.

The big ones get chopped into smaller pieces and are fed to the cows. I don't care for them. We actually try to pick between four and six inches.

Grilled up the big one last night. Was no different than a small one. Delicious with the HEB veggie seasoning. If you haven’t tried it yet I highly recommend.
