I just wanted to share the experience we had with Trey (Texas Cattleman on TBH) and his team doing a mortgage refi for anyone considering building, refi, heloc, etc… Trey is exceptional at his craft and the communication with his team was great throughout the process. The software they use made the process very easy for us and we were well informed all along the way. Trey really delivers concierge service and he will help you navigate what’s best for you by taking the time to understand what your goals are.

We will certainly be working with them again in the future, and I couldn’t give a stronger recommendation if you are looking at any type of home loan product.
