Does the pan have drain holes?

You can smell the ones that don't have drain holes!! At least very shortly after it rains with any feed at all in there!

I fill 10 of that type feeders every week. It is for exotics and not cows though. They eat every bit of the hay, and Iíve never experienced any manure or **** or bad smells with these feeders. We have ASF hay feeders. Iím not sure about drip holes, as Iíve never looked to see if there are any. The ASF feeders have lids. We have one hay feeder without a top like the one in your pic, but it is old and has some holes rusted they the pan.
