Way off topic but I am having trouble finding a decent deal on a freezer. I would prefer upright but my budget is more chest style, lol.

Has anyone seen a deal out there? I have looked at HD and Lowes already.

Our local HD doesn't have the one I want, but the Lowe's up the road does. Will likely go get it next week. It is a 15 cu ft upright frost free Frigidaire

My chest freezer went out last week, so I had to scramble to buy a new one before I lost all my meat. Home Depot had a 7.1 cubic foot chest freezer, after tax it was $247. I wanted a bigger one, but there were zero bigger ones in stock and I couldn’t afford to wait and order one.

You can get a small 5-7 cu chest one from Lowe's.

I saw 5 and 7 cu ft chest freezers at the Walmart in Mexia this week so you might check the Walmarts near you.
