My wife connected on her first deer yesterday evening.She shot several hogs last year and has really come to enjoy hunting.She was in a horrible violent abusive relationship for years and has some deep emotional scars and borderline disorders from it.Introducing her to the outdoors,hunting and giving her support has allowed her to grow and build confidence in herself and a love for life.Last year she didn’t want to be alone and yesterday she wanted to hunt by herself.I heard the shot and the bullet hit,then the call with tears of joy and excitement in her voice.I’m very proud of her and it’s blessing that brings me lots of joy to see her happy and energized.
