Blacktail

This evening a life long dream became a reality and I have to give the thanks to God and my Dad for watching over me and blessing me with this buck. I have only ever seen maybe one other blacktail that would compare to this one.

I prayed this morning to God and asked that my dad who I lost this past September would bless me with an opportunity on filling my tag on a good buck. Well they fulfilled both requests but really out did themselves when it came to a good buck. Words can’t express my gratitude and thanks that I was able to tag such a amazing animal.

Spent a week living with blacktails in Alaska and have always compared them to 1.5yo whitetails….
This buck is incredible congratulations. I did not know they grew this big with this much character.
