Killed this cat this weekend. Not risking it, just getting a rug made with the mouth closed. I figure it the head turns out bad I’ll just cut it off the rug . To be fair, my taxi showed me a couple of mounts he’s working on and they looked solid

Never showed him this and never took another animal to him. Hopefully this thread is a lesson learned not to go cheap when it comes to cats. This thread has some really bad mounts in it. All you can do is laugh.

I guess I could use it for an archery target. I'm still holding out hope the finished product will look MUCH better! It doesn't even look like the same cat to me.

He looks just like your wet cat picture to me. Hopefully he didn't charge you to mount it.
