That's great! I made a brake drum forge, too, a couple of months ago. Instead of using a shop vac, I got a $4 blow dryer from Goodwill, and it provides more than enough air flow.

Might be better, he has welded the holes down smaller and restricted the intake on the tiny shop vac and it still puts out too much.
