        That'd be fun....

Leave all the BETO signs in the yards so the Honduran Refugees know where to ask for handouts if they get here.

He may have outworked him using deception, but he **** sure did.
I agree he out worked Cruz. Cruz had a small push at the end and won by a lot smaller margin then he should have. Cruz is going to need to step up his game this term.

I expect to see Beto back in politics. I bet he makes run for the Whitehouse. I see a Obama 2.0 in him. Bunch of hope and change speech with **** for substance.

It's disheartening, but that's what you get when you're the fastest growing city in the country. Expected to grow in population by another 46% by 2021. A ton of new business and infrastructure on the horizon. Georgetown is not the same town I grew up in.

On the bright side at least we are getting an Academy!

Republicans need to pay attention to what Beto did well...he reached our youth. Republicans focus very little effort here, and I think this was a huge part of what made this closer than it should have been. We must learn from this.

The thing that Beto did well is lie. Now maybe we didn't do a good enough job of exposing that early and often enough.

Berry said Cruz had 18 staffers for the campaign, beto had 800+. I guess that's how they had so much time to send text messages.

The same can be said for Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin. The other thing that seems to not be getting much attention is that a larger and larger portion of the population is accepting of socialism. This ain't the old democrat party. The leadership are died in the wool socialist who are no longer hiding that fact. I fear for Texas and our country.
We need to find someone good to beat Cornyn in the primary.

                          Just like most Democrats.

Tarrant used to be the most conservative county in Texas. That's a big concern moving forward.

So last night scrolling through social media I saw a comment from someone stating the following:
“Ted Cruz did NOTHING. I saw no ads, no campaigning, no city hall, NOTHING. At this point, Republicans are voting for the party and not the person. Just ignorant and close-minded. Beto CARES about Texas with every fiber of his being. And you let him, and the future of Texas, down.”
Then the following from the same person:
“I have no idea what Cruz stands for but I can you it isn’t Texas’ true values and our future because he couldn’t even attend a city hall”.

But according to them, we are the ignorant and close-minded ones.
Classic. Glad we don’t have to deal with him but let’s hope he doesn’t decide to run for president like people are asking him to now. . If it was this close in Texas, I don’t even wanna know how close it could be in the entire US.

I don't disagree. My point was, he focused on our youth.
