    Simple Breakfast / Pan Sausage at Home

    I saw everybody up in here making their own breakfast sausage. And I'm tired of paying high $$ for store-bought. Decided to add a short video to my Youtube channel for those that are just getting into all things meat/processing.

    10 lb pork butt
    Legg's #10 Pork Seasoning
    Grinder
    Vacuum sealer or meat bags for your grinder.

            Very nice Bobby.

            I have a new meat grinder and 3 pork butts in the freezer. Might be time to break it in.

                  Made a batch of this a couple of months ago. Flavor was on point but seemed a bit dry.

                  Bobby have you added any extra fat in when you made this?
