I just saw this thread. I live just north of Longview off 449. Just over the hill from the Precinct 1 county barn. I have a crew of regular deer that show up here at the feeder in the back yard. Ive only seen one legal buck this year but I haven't been running my camera and I'm sure theres some good ones around. Ive killed two hogs and a coyote in the back yard this year so theres plenty of game around. I hunt outside of San Angelo but the wife says these at home are her 'therapy deer' and doesn't want me to kill them. Its all good. Thanks for sharing your hunts and good luck with the surgery. I know it sucks.

I’m in, all the bucks from yesterday came back last night, Chicago was a no show, so far it’s been quite. Gotta big mature buck chasing on my camera in Marion co this morning.
