If Hager didn't like what the Sooners did to him, he sure isn't going to like what the Bulldogs have in store for him...

Snubbed three straight years, the Big 10 eyes the Big 12 and begins the consideration of the top two conference teams playing for the title not division versus division.

The Sooner's offense is far superior to the Dawgs. The OLine is one of if not the best in the country.

A 4 loss LSU team that just loss to a 4 loss Aggy team beat them by 20.

Not scared.

Ehlinger is the one that may take a beating. Their D Line is massive and we saw what they did to Tua.

Interesting. The. B1G has been "snubbed" mainly because their top team hasn't taken care of business against lesser opponents.

I think the entire front 7 of Texas is at risk of being pushed around from Georgiaís power game. If Hager is good enough to start at Texas, it can be viewed as cause for concern. I saw Bama getting pushed around. Georgia can play physical. But this is what makes these games fun. None of us really know.

That 3 down linemen thing will not work. Obviously they will have to gameplan differently than for Big 12 offenses. However, so will UGA on D.

Hager is 2nd worst D1 starter I’ve ever seen in my life. The first was the safety that had started 12 games for OU. However, he was a freshman.

No one said they did. I just stated facts.....one being a compliment to UGA.

Man you gotta let that Maryland loss go. That was week 1.

How come everybody just says a loss to Maryland?

Hello they lost to Maryland (5-7) and Oklahoma state (6-6). Didnít they only beat two teams with winning records this year?

Ok carry on

Aggy had the same chance twice. 0-2

LOL! Let's give it another 20 years and maybe this apparent attempt at a "dig" will take hold outside of whatever internet tu fanboy site came up with it (to counter being labeled "tu"?).

Program changing? Like the wake up call of loosing to Maryland. Annually!!!

I don't believe the 'quality loss' BS, but not all Ws and Ls are the same.

Next year Texas hosts LSU in Sept, if Texas played them close but takes an early season loss is that the same as loosing to Maryland? I don't think it is. Loosing to a really good team vs loosing to a bottom dweller is wildly different. Don't y'all have a home-home coming up with Alabama in '20-21, would that be a bigger or smaller win than Kansas?

UCF is on a 21 game win streak. They are not in the NC conversation - are all W's created equal? The world is about to find out if they are serious though, they get a chance to play big boy football against LSU, so we will see.

Not all Ls and Ws are the same.

Good luck against Georgia.

They didn't the first time. Texas has the only victory over a playoff team this year.

They also had more wins and less losses during the regular season than fake army. There's one for ya bossman.

Played for a conference championship and are in a much bigger bowl against a much bigger name opponent.

You lose.

We have morphed into a world where losses or losing games is somehow spun into being better than a win to carve out a narrative.....

We have morphed into a world where losses or losing games is somehow spun into being better than a win to carve out a narrative.....
Nowhere did I say that, but you go on and spin whatever tale you feel good about.

Maybe you could answer my question though?

Is a W against Alabama bigger than a close victory against Kansas?

A loss against #4 OK sent tu to a big bowl game, not to the bottom of the list. So is a loss to a top 5 team the same as loosing to an unranked team?

That's ALL people are saying. Not all Ws and Ls are the same. See my reference to UCF.

And yea, I don't type so good. Big deal.

By "people" upu mean TBH Aggy not counting Michael, Casey or Dave. Lol.

No one else is obsessing over who Texas lost to. Hell we know the back to back losses to freakin Maryland was ridiculous. 9-3 was not expected at all after week one.

Why do you focus on the losses yet not the wins?

I'm going to make myself perfectly clear, I'm not just talking about tu or Aggy or any other team. I used Maryland as an example and mainly just did it for the effect --- and that worked.

What I'm saying is that not all W's are the same, just like not all L's are the same.

UCF has a 21 game win streak but isn't in the conversation, because of who they played.

I don't believe the undefeated Notre Dame team will compete with Clemson at all, I don't think their wins are all that high quality, they didn't slug it out in the SEC or B1G, or battle the high speed teams from the Big 12.

Back to my question a few posts ago - would an early season loss to Alabama by Texas (or any team) be the same as an early season loss to an unranked team? Y'all act like every W & L is equally weighted.

That is all I'm trying to say - we all want our teams to have all W's and no L is good, but they aren't all the same.

If a team in the BIG 12 ran the table except for a loss to Alabama, Clemson, Georgia or Ohio State they would still be very much in the running for a final four slot. Oklahoma got in with an L because its was to a huge rival and 'any given saturday' happens.
