Venison poppers.
Cut venison strips 2" wide x 3" length x 1/8" thick. Place marinated jalapenos (and Monterey Jack cheese (optional)) inside, roll it up. Wrap bacon around the venison roll, put toothpicks to hold together. Grill on medium heat until bacon is fully cooked.
Open cold beer.
Enjoy.
