Hunting in Brady Texas

Anybody got any experience hunting in Brady I was told there was axis and quite a few hogs out there , ain’t never been out there, be real appreciative for any information , thank y’all

I went on an axis hunt in Brady many moons ago. I loved the area. I'd hunt Brady in a heart beat! We used to drive through Brady driving to our lease in Paint Rock, and always saw plenty deer. I believe there is a TBHer group of guys who hunt a LF place in Brady with some absolute monsters on it.

I hunting northwest of Brady for 5 years. Lots of deer, but lots of pressure. The better hunting I believe is south of town.

Lots of deer, hogs and turkey. Axis are more on south side of town and near water it seems, but they are there....

We had a lease out there for 5 seasons and I'd love to get back in that area one day. Killed several great bucks on a 2700 acre lease with 12 bowhunters on it. A ton of Turkey, some of the best Turkey hunting I've ever seen out there. Quite a few hogs and we only ever saw one Axis the years we were there.

This place was off 377 near 485.

My lease is 30 minutes north of Brady. Deer and pigs are plentiful. Turkey were scarce last season...
